YOUR NETWORK, SHARED KNOWLEDGE, YOUR SUCCESS, YOUR FUTURE

FLEx is a community for anyone involved in International business. Join a network of young and/or new to export business professionals and communicate on subjects relating to International Trade.

The club provides an open forum for exporters and importers alike to get together and discuss issues in small groups on topics subjects relating to trade, with their peer group and experienced professionals. Industry experts are on hand to give you the knowledge on issues affecting you and your business.

Why join?

  Participation in the roundtable consultations held on the 1st Thursday of each month from 7.15-9.00am in all of the major capital cities. The consultation sessions are a great place to brainstorm/share problems, ideas, opportunities and success stories. The theme of the session will change month to month, covering topics such as finance, accessing markets, finding a distributor, locating an agent, international marketing, insurance, building a customer base, international trade law, IP etc.

  Located in a regional centre? Then FLEx will come to you! Rotating regional clinics will be run.

  Can’t attend a consultation? Download a podcast of the session.

  Attend FLEx networking functions, held on a regular basis.

  Access to FLEx advisory service, online and by phone.

  Additional discounts on AIEx member specials, including a further 10% discount on the Export Handbook.

  Networking opportunities with Australian Export Heroes, the industry leaders of Australian Export.

  Opportunity to enter the Future Leader in Export Award: The winner will be announced at the Australian Export Heroes presentation in April 2010. One award winner will receive an export scholarship to undertake the Graduate Certificate in International Business Management (Value: AU$ 4,000)

How do you join?

  Membership is FREE to all current members of the Australian Institute of Export and affiliated partners. You can sign up online at www.aiex.com.au/programs
 
  If you are not a current member of the AIEx, then membership starts from only $75.00 for students and $145 for Individuals. To join the AIEx please register online at www.aiex.com.au/membership

Who should join?

The Club is open to anyone involved in International Trade, across all industry sectors. This program is tailored to anyone new to or looking to get involved in international trade. FLEx provides a community for all those involved in international business to have the opportunity to share their problems and solutions in a small intimate format and learn from experienced exporters. The Club is an open forum for exporters to talk about issues of importance to them and to hear the views of experienced exporters.
